Instant Pot Chili is one of my favorite dishes, especially for meal prepping, and it’s super easy to make. There are tons of recipes out there to make chili in your Instant Pot, including ones where you make the chili with dried beans, ones from canned beans, with no beans, etc. Pick whichever one tickles your fancy!
For this post, I’m actually pulling a double. I made a YouTube video (below) using a recipe from OhSweetBasil.com, where you can find all the details for the recipe and ingredients.
Here’s the video I made using the Oh Sweet Basil recipe:
A Super-DUPER Easy Instant Pot Chili Recipe
The recipe above turned out great, but there’s another one I’ve made multiple times that’s even easier! I would give credit for this one, but I found it a long time ago on Facebook and I can’t remember/find who originally posted it. So, mea culpa to the original author! The upside, I guess, is that I’ll share the whole Instant Pot Chili recipe here for you to enjoy…
- 2 lbs Ground Beef
- 1 Onion, diced
- 3 cans Kidney Beans
- 2 cans Diced Tomatoes
- 2 cans Tomato Sauce
- 3 tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 2 tsp Ground Cumin
- 2 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
Dump everything into the pot. Mix well. Set your Instant Pot on the Beans/Chili setting (30 to 35 minutes on high pressure) and go take a nap. Top with some sour cream, cheese, and jalapeños, or whatever trips your trigger.
THAT’S IT! DONE! It doesn’t get any easier than that!
P.S. Don’t forget the cornbread!
