I’m sure somebody who’s a booze-ologist has long since come up with this, but I made up a drink called the Fuzzy Kitty! Why would I name it that? Well, because this house seems to be overrun with fuzzy kitties, even though there are only two. And since they drive us to drink, well…
It’s easy as heck to make — I was never a barista in any former life — and quite yummy!
- 2 oz Rum (I use Bacardi Superior)
- 10 oz cold tea (I use Lipton gallon-size tea bags in our tea maker)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (or to taste)
- A good squirt of sweetener, to taste
Mix it all up, add some ice cubes if you want, and you’re ready to guzzle!
